    Go Sun Smart at Work

The National Cancer Institute is sponsoring the development of Go Sun Smart at Work, a program intended to reduce UV and over-exposure for people who work outdoors.

Go Sun Smart at Work is a fully virtual training environment, with a 45-minute modular training video for employees, a tailored resource hub for managers, and a guided implementation tool. Each element of the program is flexible to the worksite’s needs. The research team is currently looking to enroll 20 city/county departments or companies to use the program and provide feedback. You can download a description of the program to help you decide to participate. It details what is being asked of each participating organization and what your organization will gain in return. Participation is free and voluntary.

Please contact Barb Walkosz, bwalkosz@kleinbuendel.com, 303-929-0895, at your earliest convenience if you have questions or would like to enroll in the study.
